Companies of Linde Industrial Gases in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden operate under the AGA brand. Together they form one unit, headed by one management team led by Jan Bäckvall.
The organisation consists of two operative functions: one is for the production and distribution of our gases, while the other is the marketing and sales organization. These operative functions are supported by staff functions: Finance & Control; Information Services; Human Resources; Safety, Health, Environment and Quality; and Legal.
Cross-border
The companies in the eight countries are streamlined into one organization. All functions work cross-border and these cross-border functions assume business responsibility. There are no traditional local Managing Directors carrying total business responsibility for a single, country-based company.
In total 1,700 employees work in the eight AGA countries.
