Regulators

It is important to choose the correct regulator, as there are many parameters affecting the outcome. We have a large selection of regulators; ask us and we’ll be happy to help you to choose the right one.

R21

  • A regulator for large gas terminals
  • Used in processes such as gas cutting in material thicknesses of 300 mm to 500 mm and has a capacity of 115 m3/h
  • Available for oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and air
  • Intended for laser cutting and so-called high-pressure cutting, flame spraying and hydrostatic testing
  • Certified by Det Norske Veritas and approved by the Maritime Directorate for use onboard vessels and in the offshore sector

UNICONTROL
  • Complies with EN ISO 2503. The regulator housing is stamped with gas type, testing pressure and manufacturing standard. It has been approved using a so-called oxygen shock test carried out by Det Norske Veritas and BAM. The regulators are fitted with a plane site which provides rapid and precise adjustment with maximum capacity.
  • Of low weight and possesses beneficial properties at low temperature
  • Available for the majority of industrial gases and manages all gas welding, heating and soldering as well as gas cutting up to 300 mm material thickness
  • For gas cutting in material thicknesses above 300 mm the R21 should be chosen

Unicontrol 600
  • For high working pressure to be used in, for example, hydrostatic testing. The working pressure is set by means of a strong adjustment screw. When the cylinder pressure is ca. 5 bar above the working pressure, the capacity is ca. 75 m3/h for hydrogen and helium, and ca. 18 m3/h for the other gases.

FLOWREG
  • Set at 2.5 bar for working pressure and has a well-balanced valve that provides a stable gas flow
  • Designed for MIG/MAG and TIG welding as well as for root protection gases
  • Available for MISON‚ Ar and all mixtures of MISON, argon and argon mixtures, carbon dioxide and nitrogen/hydrogen mixtures. With regard to hydrogen and mixtures with hydrogen, a left-handed thread is used on the connections at the inlet and outlet for reasons of safety.

FIXICONTROL HT
  • Designed for small and medium-sized terminals and manages all gas welding, soldering, heating with a mouthpiece max 2500 l/h and gas cutting up to 50 mm material thickness
  • Has a hand connection and is therefore very suitable for small equipment which have to be transported often
  • Manufactured according to EN ISO 2503
