Aerial Beacons

. | Before the first world war AGA was delivering aerial beacons to the continent, where scheduled air services were being introduced. Civil aviation was put on one side during the war but picked up again after it was over. AGA then received a number of significant orders for aerial beacons from abroad including in 1920 flight path beacons and airfield illumination for the London-Paris route. |
| When night flights were developed airports were also provided with new equipment for landing. In addition to guide lights for flight paths, AGA manufactured boundary marking lights, warning lights, floodlights, wind direction indicators, cloud height meters, signaling searchlights, facade searchlights and runway lights. |
