Aron Andersson - AGA's First President

Aron Andersson was a significant financier when AGA was formed and was the company’s first president from 1904 to 1909. He was also one of the driving forces behind the acquisition of the French acétylèn-dissous patent which provided the foundation for AGA’s entire product development. When Gustaf Dalén succeeded him as president in 1909, Aron Andersson continued as part of the company’s management until he became head of Svenska Emissionsbolaget in 1913. He founded AGA’s first British subsidiary in the same year.
